2–3 Months Before (October–November): Finalise your itinerary, confirm dining reservations, and arrange transport and special services. This is also the time to coordinate group details — dietary requirements, arrival/departure times, and any surprise elements for the celebration.
1 Month Before (December): Receive your comprehensive trip document with all confirmations, contacts, maps, and daily schedules. Your Lyx Concierge coordinator does a final check on all reservations and briefs you on any destination-specific advice (dress codes, local customs, weather forecasts).
